What we collect: the email and password you sign up with, the profile details you choose, and the content you create (posts, comments, journal entries, check-ins, goals, and messages with the guide).

Your privacy modes: you control whether you appear by real name, a display name, or anonymously. Journal entries and check-ins are private to you.

AI guide: when you chat with the guide or complete a check-in, your message is sent securely to our AI provider to generate a response. We do not sell your data.

Safety: to keep the community safe, content may be screened for crisis or harmful language. If crisis language is detected, we surface support resources.

Your choices: you can edit your profile, delete entries, and request account deletion at any time.
